We are excited to announce that The Swiss Wind Energy R&D Network was officially founded in accordance with art. 60 ff. of the Swiss Civil Code (CC) on Feb. 6th, 2020!
We provide a platform to initiate and coordinate new collaborative wind energy projects in the areas of R&D, learning and teaching, ultimately aiming to foster excellence in Swiss wind energy R&D and to promote the export of Swiss know-how in products and services to the international wind energy market.

Chairperson: Sarah Barber.
Board of directors: Imad Abdallah, Anastasios Vassilopoulos, Philipp Schmid, Ishan Pendharkar, Ursula Dubois, Ruth Schmitt, Bernhard Brodbeck and Alexandre Oudalov.
Advisory board: Henrik Nordborg and Andrew Clifton.
The next AGM will take place in February 2021 (date and place tbd).
