How to move from diversity to inclusion in creating a sense of belonging from an LGBTI perspective?

Sign up for our next webinar!

Do you ever wonder where the LGBTI community fits into the conversation about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion?

In this webinar we will talk about LGBTI inclusion in the workplace with Martin Proksch, ambassador of the Swiss LGBTI label, Chief Human Resources Officer, Co-founder of Native Genius.

After an introduction on LGBTI topics in general from Sarah Barber, Martin will

  • Highlight some of the work that has been done on LGBTI inclusion in the workplace,

  • Outline the business case for diversity and inclusion from a leadership point of view, and

  • Share what non-inclusion means from a personal perspective.

This webinar will allow participants to change unconscious behaviour through critical thinking and self-reflection. Moreover, we hope it will be a call to action for participants to become allies in building the workplace of the future, where every individual feels a sense of belonging.
