The Windclusion Alliance - Joining forces to promote Diversity and Inclusion in the wind-industry.

With the increasing importance of wind as a contributor to the global energy mix, the growing industry underpinning this transition presents an opportunity to address many of the imbalances that incumbent energy companies are struggling to retroactively transform. Whilst there has been a lot of talk in recent years about ethnic and gender diversity, there is an urgency for the sector to move from good intentions to practical applications of best practice. The Equal Group was commissioned by the Offshore Wind Industry Council to create a best practice guide specifically touching on practical interventions that wind companies could take to improve their diversity and inclusion outcomes.
